Supporting Your Well-being Journey

The ren8ture service supports your journey to elevated well-being. Introducing the benefits of spending time with nature inspires positive attitudes and behaviors and motivates you to establish sustainable lifestyle habits that support mental and physical health, social engagement, and a deep connection to the natural world. We do this through a blend of nature therapy, coaching, social engagement and ongoing support.

Empathetic, Supportive, Flexible

An initial assessment and intake evaluation help establish a baseline for areas of well-being including mental health, nature connectedness, social engagement, physical condition, and motivation to participate. This gives us the necessary information to design a programme especially for you.

Your personal programme is carefully crafted with regular 1:2:1 coaching and forest therapy sessions that include elements of mindfulness, somatic support, sensory immersion, social engagement, coaching, eco-therapy, sound therapy, ecology, neuroscience, NLP, and other therapeutic modalities. Plus, you will have written activities and solo nature-engagement experiences in between sessions. Upon completion you’ll receive an ongoing nature-based wellbeing plan plus six weeks of additional email support.
