In a world that often pulls us away from our natural rhythms, reconnecting with nature helps us reset—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. This is particularly important if you are experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, on the verge of burnout, experiencing relationship difficulties and poor communication.
ren8ture nature therapy programme works with nature as a partner in your health and wellbeing journey. Our eight-phased approach is designed specifically to help you restore your wellbeing to its natural state.
Renaturing ourselves is essential for restoring balance, both within and around us. In a world that often pulls us away from our natural rhythms, reconnecting with nature helps us reset—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. This is particularly important if you are experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, on the verge of burnout, experiencing relationship difficulties and poor communication.
ren8ture is for you if you:
- feel low, stressed, anxious, or burned out;
- suffer from climate anxiety;
- feel unable to think clearly or make decisions;
- feel stuck in undesirable patterns of behaviour or negative thought;
- experience poor sleep or low energy throughout the day;
- want to feel deeper connections and improve communication;
- want to feel physically better and happier.
Your personal programme is carefully crafted with nature therapy sessions that include elements of mindfulness, somatic support, sensory immersion, social engagement, coaching, eco-therapy, sound therapy, ecology, and other therapeutic modalities. Plus, you will have solo nature engagement experiences in between sessions. Upon completion you’ll receive an ongoing nature-based wellbeing plan plus six weeks of additional email support.
Includes:
- 1 60-minute Intake Session (virtual call)
- 6 90-minute nature therapy sessions (weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions)
- Nature engagement solo experiences for in between sessions
- Nature-based wellbeing plan
- 4 weeks of email support following the programme
