This isn’t a hike
A nature therapy session is slow, guided, and sensory. You’re not there to hit a step count. Over roughly 90 minutes, you’ll be invited through a series of sensory pauses — noticing texture, sound, light, the ground under your feet — designed to shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest. No agenda to perform. No phone. Just your senses, a guide, and the woods.
Most people feel the shift before the session ends.

Nature Therapy
Nature therapy is a guided practice, not a leisure activity. Rooted in forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) and grounded in nervous system science, each session moves through 8 phases — from arrival and grounding, through sensory immersion, to integration — so the calm you feel outdoors doesn’t disappear the moment you’re back at your desk.
This is for you if:
- Screens and constant connectivity have left you wired but exhausted
- You want stress relief you can feel in your body, not just read about
- You’re craving something slower, repeatable, and real

A framework, not a formula
Every n8tureRx session follows the same guided arc — refined over years of practice — so the benefits are consistent, not accidental.
- Arrival and Grounding
- Sensory Awakening
- Slow Movement
- Deepening Presence
- Nature Connection Practice
- Stillness and Reflection
- Sharing
- Integration
Nature-based coaching
Where nature therapy restores, coaching moves you forward — using the same natural rhythms as a framework for change. Sessions take place outdoors, using the pace, seasons, and patterns of the natural world to work through what’s next: burnout recovery, career transitions, confidence, or simply finding your rhythm again.
This isn’t coaching with a nature backdrop. Nature is the method.
Vitamin N, you’re ongoing dose
Not every day allows for a full session outdoors. Vitamin N keeps the practice close at hand — short guided sensory exercises, seasonal nature prompts, and recorded forest therapy walks you can return to whenever you need to reset.

Gina is a wonderful nature guide. After attending one of her group sessions, I was keen to make two hours a regular fixture and now enjoy 1:2:1 nature therapy sessions once a month. Thank you, Gina for helping me make the most of my ‘me’ time, and in the perfect environment.
